Your website account, trading account and Telegram
These three identities have different roles. Your WeQuant website account manages subscriptions, downloads and service records. Your broker’s MT4 or MT5 account is used in the trading terminal. A verified Telegram binding connects supported notifications and activities to your WeQuant account; it is not a replacement for a trading account.

Bind the correct trading account
Personal product packages use the trading-account number and exact server name recorded for your entitlement. Confirm both against the terminal before generating files. You do not need to provide the trading password for this binding. If account details need changing, follow the account page or support instructions and obtain new files when required.
If an order or entitlement appears missing, first check that you signed in with the same website identity used for purchase. Review the order and expiry before submitting a support request.
Connect Telegram through the website
Use the binding steps shown inside your WeQuant account. Start the official bot as directed, complete verification and keep the bot unblocked for supported messages. SkyEye launch reminders require this verified binding and a separate reminder request. Telegram invitation activities have their own eligibility rules; binding alone does not qualify you for a reward.

Does linking Telegram automatically subscribe me to SkyEye?
No. Set a launch reminder separately on the SkyEye page. A reminder does not create a paid subscription or formal access.
Can I change my trading account by editing a downloaded file?
No. Personal files must match the authorized account and server. Follow the official rebinding process and download the required replacement.
Does Telegram binding promise instant customer support?
No response-time promise is made here. For an account or product issue, use the website’s support route with the relevant order or product details.
