Custom development starts with a clear brief
WeQuant’s public cooperation options include custom development and technical services, with requirements, deliverables and procurement terms agreed for each project. A useful first enquiry describes the problem you want to solve, the intended users, the platform and the work you expect to receive. A product-library subscription is a separate service.

Describe the project before choosing a package
Specify whether you need trading-terminal software, licensing and delivery support, a branded website or related system work. Include the target platform, required functions, inputs and outputs, integrations and existing material you are authorized to use. Explain which functions are essential and what successful acceptance would look like.
For an existing trading product, identify the exact changes requested and the behavior that must remain unchanged. A description of a desired outcome is not a complete specification for trading rules or a promise of profitability.
Confirm delivery and support responsibilities
Before implementation, agree scope, pricing, milestones, deliverables, acceptance, maintenance period and support responsibilities. For resale or OEM projects, clarify branding, customer support and any separately charged services. Source-code access, hosting, third-party data and ongoing maintenance should be explicitly included or excluded in the project agreement rather than inferred from the package name.
Questions and answers
Is custom work included in the product subscription?
Do not assume it is. The subscription provides the stated library access. Custom work requires its own scope and quotation.
What should an initial enquiry contain?
Describe your users, platform, required functions, available material and acceptance criteria. Include examples that clarify the requested behavior.
Are price and delivery time fixed before requirements are reviewed?
No universal price or schedule is stated here. They need to be confirmed against the agreed project scope and dependencies.
