Install the right product in the right terminal
Start by confirming the product’s MT4 or MT5 platform, your trading-account number and the exact server name. Generate the matching personal package from WeQuant’s download page. Account binding does not require your trading password. Keep the package instructions available because installation and authorization differ by product type.

Copy files and configure authorization
In MetaTrader, choose File → Open Data Folder. Place EAs in the appropriate Experts directory and indicators in Indicators; follow the package instructions for tools and dependencies. Refresh Navigator or restart the terminal before loading the product.
For EAs and online-authorized tools, follow Tools → Options → Expert Advisors and allow WebRequest for https://hub.wequant.org. Indicators instead use the supplied license information described in their installation guide. Preserve filenames and directory requirements.
Check the running environment
Confirm the correct account and server, valid access, network connection and any product-specific chart requirements. EA trading also depends on the terminal and program trading permissions. Review errors in the Experts or Journal tabs instead of repeatedly changing inputs.
Before replacing or removing an existing EA, record the chart and position state. Its local management functions may stop when the terminal closes or the program is removed. Installation alone does not validate a strategy or guarantee a trade.

Can I install MT4 files in MT5?
No. Use the version explicitly supplied for your terminal; the file formats and runtime environments differ.
Must the EA keep running on my computer?
Local EA functions need a running, connected terminal. A suitable online computer or Windows VPS can host that terminal.
What should I provide when requesting installation support?
Provide the product, platform, error time and relevant log or screenshot. Hide unrelated personal information and never send passwords or verification codes.
